But Now I See

Maybe I was blind before, or maybe I just assumed everything was how I wanted it to be, but now I see that my new graphics package here doesn't match up to my page background. It's all slightly off. Granted I used the same HEX color code, so it shouldn't be wrong... but alas, it is.

Grrr. A project to fix on another day. Soon though.

Wish List: Bumble Bee Pearl Earrings

I reeeeally want bumble bee pearl earrings. Something like this:

Of course I was watching these earrings on eBay, but was out enjoying Sunday Funday last night and completely forgot to bid on them and win them.

Sooo, if you see anything like them in your shopping adventures PLEASE let me know.

The Pearl Lady

Since I only wear pearls, this is a very special time of the year for me. While this is only pertinent for those in DC -- it's PEARL LADY time!!

With her chests of baubles in tow, if you're a pearl lover then I sure hope you know about her! You can get fabulous pearls at super to die for prices. It's a Capitol Hill secret that I learned thanks to a dear friend my first year in the city, so consider yourself clued in if you've not heard about her.
