It's pouring

It's no secret in my life -- when it rains it pours. Hell it monsoons. Nothing is ever simple. Things never goes wrong singularly. It's always a long chain of events in which I end up absolutely miserable. Right now is no exception.

On top of the plethora of other undesirable life moments, my laptop was stepped on this weekend is now broken. It's the last thing I feel like dealing with. But working with the media, it's a necessity. Replacing all that's on it, is what's going to make this necessity extra costly. I'm just over it.

I think I'm coming to realization that I'm just someone never meant to be really happy. Don't get me wrong, I have happy moments, but everything is always so fleeting that there's no point yearning for anything more at this point. Let's just face that facts, prolonged happiness isn't in the cards.

Sure that sounds a bit fatalistic, but I think it's also dosing myself with a large amount of realism. A very necessary thing at this juncture.

Geez louise, this is pathetic.

  4. I've felt like I'm not supposed to be happy before, but I've kind of sort of reached a point where I feel happy or at least stable.
It has taken me 4 years in this city to get to that point and even today sucked really really bad.
Any how ya just have to hang in there, hard work pays off eventually and life will bring you all that you deserve.

I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with life as well, so I understand how you feel. I hope you can get a swanky new laptop and all your info transferred over. Best of luck and keep your chin up!
